Brian is the co owner and highly skilled licensed and certified inspector. Cellar Door has always and will always meet and abide by state and national standards and a code of ethics. We are ASHI members and certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) which is an ASHI-affiliated school. We are licensed through the State of Ohio. Cellar Door Home Inspections is a proud member of the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS . We are committed to quality and detailed Dayton Home Inspections with an emphasis on education.

We offer detailed home inspections while providing on site report generation sent to our clients electronically in an easy to use PDF format. Home inspections are often performed in the contingency phase of the real estate transaction, therefore prompt, thorough, and easy to comprehend reports are vital to our clients. We strongly encourage the client to accompany the inspector throughout the inspection so they may ask questions about their potential home. Upon request, a complementary home manual will be given to the client that outlines the general maintenance required by the homeowner.
